Thrive at Work
Build confidence. Manage stress. Succeed without burning out.

Starting your career can be exciting—but it can also feel overwhelming.

Many young professionals struggle with self-doubt, workplace stress, difficult conversations, perfectionism, burnout, or feeling like they have to prove themselves every day.

If you've ever questioned whether you're good enough, found it difficult to switch off after work, or worried you're falling behind everyone else, you're not alone.

Thrive at Work is a practical six-week small-group program designed to help you build confidence, manage workplace stress, strengthen communication skills, and develop healthier habits that support long-term success.

Most career programs teach you what to do. We help you understand what's getting in your way. Through evidence-based psychology, practical skills and guided reflection, you'll develop the confidence, resilience and self-awareness to navigate workplace challenges more effectively—not just in your current job, but throughout your career. You'll learn alongside other young professionals facing similar workplace challenges in a supportive and confidential environment.

By the end of the program, you'll have greater confidence, healthier boundaries, practical tools for managing stress, and your own personalized Workplace Wellbeing Blueprint to help you continue growing long after the program finishes.

Why Small-Group Learning Works

Learning alongside others offers something that books, podcasts and individual learning cannot. Hearing different perspectives, sharing experiences and practising new skills together often leads to deeper understanding, greater confidence and lasting change.

Our groups are intentionally limited to 4–8 participants to create a safe, supportive environment where everyone has the opportunity to participate, ask questions and receive individual attention from the facilitator.

Many participants also find that small-group programmes complement individual counselling by providing opportunities to apply new skills, learn from others and continue growing between therapy sessions.
