Counselling for Couples
Relationship difficulties can include repeated arguments, emotional distance, loss of trust, infidelity, intimacy concerns or uncertainty about the future of the relationship. Couples counselling gives partners a structured space to understand what is happening between them, communicate differently and decide how they want to move forward. We work with couples of different backgrounds, identities and relationship structures. You do not need to be married to attend.
Family Counselling
Family counselling can help when difficulties are affecting relationships between parents, children, teenagers or other family members. Sessions can focus on communication, conflict, parenting challenges, behavioural concerns, life transitions, blended families and differences between generations. Depending on what is happening, counselling may involve the whole family or particular family members. We also offer specialised parent coaching for parents who would like more focused support with parenting concerns.
Online Counselling
Online counselling allows you to meet with your therapist by secure video from home, work or another private location. It can be a convenient option if you live outside Singapore, travel frequently, have a busy schedule or simply prefer to attend sessions remotely. Our psychologists and counsellors provide online counselling for a range of concerns.
In-Person Counselling
In-person counselling is available at our private counselling rooms in Singapore's CBD. Meeting your therapist in person can provide a dedicated space away from home or work where you can focus on the session without everyday interruptions. Our central location is convenient for clients living or working in and around the CBD. In-person availability varies by therapist.
