She is also a qualified Mindfulness Teacher and Practitioner (Mindfulness Academy Solterenno, Spain).

Stacey has over 10 years of experience working across hospitals, corporates and in private practice with individuals, couples, working professionals and caregivers of patients with chronic illnesses. She started her career working with children with special needs, to young adults, older adults with chronic illness and now with working professionals.

Coming from a bi-cultural background (European and Asian), Stacey understands first-hand the importance of how the role of culture impacts an individual’s ability to transition as an Expatriate or even to acclimatise upon returning home from a long stint away. Stacey works with adults dealing with issues of stress, anxiety, grief, addiction, social anxiety, traumas, and depression. She guides individuals struggling with poor self-esteem, confidence and body image issues through learning about self-compassion and self-love.

Stacey has experience working with couples through communication issues and conflict resolution. She uses a series of mindfulness techniques, active listening, the 5 love languages and Gottman’s Theories to rediscover each other through communication, intimacy and rebuilding trust within the relationship.

Stacey takes a holistic approach informed from different modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Choice Theory & Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness-Based Therapies for Insomnia, Compassion and Leadership & Decision Making.

In her training in Organisational Psychology and Workplace Wellbeing, Stacey works with professionals who are struggling with workplace burnout, difficulties finding meaning in their work again and eagerness to develop through professional growth. She is experienced in delivering Masterclasses, Workshops, and Group Therapy in the topics of resilience, self-care, organisational wellbeing, mindful movement and effective performance.
