FAQs

  • We work by appointment only as all of our counsellors / psychologists / psychotherapists have different clinical hours. Please use our “book now” button to book into a suitable time slot. We will not be able to see you without a pre-booked appointment.

  • Please use the “book now” button at the top of our website to make an appointment via our booking system. • What you would need to consider is whether the issue you are seeking help for is a fit with the psychologist, counsellor, life coach's or therapist's area of speciality. Also, you would want to be able to come during most of the therapist's clinical hours since you might not be able to get the exact time you want. All our psychologists, counsellors and life Coaches have experience working with various nationalities, there should be no issue regarding culture. Our admin staff will be able to assist you with the selection of a suitable therapist.

  • Yes, as therapists our team is bound by confidentiality and will not be able to share your personal details without your consent. Kindly note that exceptions apply, as per professional ethical guidelines, which will be discussed with you at the start of your first appointment.

  • As each person's situation is unique, it is not possible to give a blanket statement about the number of sessions needed. Usually the first session is used for introductions and to get to know you, your situation, and your goals.  By the end of the first session, your counsellors / psychologists / psychotherapists will be able to give you a treatment plan and estimation of the number of sessions needed. Therapy is unlikely to be a one-session fix.

  • The goal of therapy is not to tell you what to do, but to empower you to make informed decisions yourself through asking questions, increasing awareness and discussing new perspectives.

  • Unfortunately we are unable to offer free consultations with our therapists. If you are unsure about which therapist to pick, we can help make suitable recommendations. Please email us to discuss this.
