Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6pm. $2500 per month. Available immediately.

Job Scope:

• general office administrative routine;
• handling incoming phone calls and mails;
• scheduling appointments for counsellors;
• maintaining client profile in a confidential manner;
• office supplies ordering;
• coordinating with facilitators for workshop marketing, promotion, and logistics;
• receive client payments;
• regular upkeep and maintenance of all the equipment;
• develop TCP’s promotional material;
• other duties generally associated with the duties of an administrator;
• assisting in networking and business development;
• assisting in other areas in TCP whenever there is a requirement.

Requirement:

• Native English speaker
• Holds Singapore citizenship or Permanent Residency (Please note we are unable to apply for employment pass)
• 3-5 years work experience with at least 1 year’s administration and customer service experience, preferably in a confidential environment
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Computer savvy and conversant with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Capable of multi-tasking and working under pressure
• Good organization skills and self-motivated
• Attention to details and ability to take and follow instructions exactly
• Marketing/public relation/event management experience preferred
• Web design/development/maintenance skills desirable

Requirement:

• Masters degree and above in Counselling or Psychology
• 2 or 3 years post graduate clinical experience
• Registration / certification / accreditation with professional counselling / psychology board in home country / country of training
• Familiarity with Expatriate culture, issues, and lifestyle
• Additional language skills would be an advantage
• Holding EntrePass, PEP, Dependent Pass, or Permanent Residency (Do NOT apply if you do not currently hold one of the above passes, we will not sponsor for any employment pass)
