In her other professional settings, she had worked with adults who presented with mental health conditions such as psychosis, OCD, depression, anxiety, behavioural and substance addiction, at risk behaviour and family violence. She had conducted extensive group work for clients with addiction issues. In addition, she also supported clients who faced interpersonal and intrapersonal challenges.

Jenny has worked with clients of all ages, and she particularly enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults.

Jenny is a strong believer in strength-based approaches, and she believes that individuals have the potential and internal resources necessary to overcome or cope with their challenges. She also believes in empowering individuals to recognise and utilise their skills to achieve their goals. She adopts an integrated approach in her counselling practice, combining person-centered, cognitive behavioural therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused brief therapy, and act and commitment therapy.

In delivering counselling services to her clients, she adheres to the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. She also believes in the value of developing a strong therapeutic alliance with her clients and providing them with a safe space to talk about their challenges.
